SCHOLARSHIPS & SUPPORT

The EAGLES Foundation
COVID
Emergency
Kits

One of the privileges our private foundation has is the ability to be poised to meet immediate needs that might arise for the EAGLES students.

When Dr. Betty Patten called in January and asked if there was any way we could provide emergency Covid kits for students who had to quarantine, we were happy to deliver. These kits were delivered to any EAGLES student who faced an immediate quarantine without time to go to the store and get necessary supplies. The kits were filled with food, drinks, snacks, hygiene, and entertainment items.

This was only possible because of the generosity of the many supporters of The EAGLES Foundation.

2021-2022 Scholarship Recipients

We were pleased to offer partial scholarships to all 10 EAGLES students who applied this year. Scholarship checks were presented during the Welcome Event at the Auburn Alumni Association where the EAGLES Staff, students and parents geared up to start the new school year. Congratulations to Jackson Ray, Grace Davis, Grayson Gladden, Kyle Murburger, Lily DeLaney, D’Vonte Morris, Josh Greiner, Andrew Day, Anna Lee Thomas, and Luke York. These students received their second semester check in January.

TECHNOLOGY LAB FUNDED

The success of the events this year enabled The EAGLES Foundation to present a check to fully fund a Technology and Learning Resources Lab for the EAGLES Program. The lab will contain computers, Ipads, a printer and furniture. The lab will be used for job training, academic support and creative lessons unique to the EAGLES program. We are excited to provide resources that will not only benefit the current EAGLES students, but also enrich the learning environment for new EAGLES students in the future. First year EAGLES student, Grace Davis, also presented a check from donations made to The EAGLES Foundation in memory of her grandfather, James Davis. What a beautiful way to remember a special family member and make a lasting impact on the program. Thank you Davis family.
